Keating<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Our school was delighted to be shortlisted for an award at The Times Educational Supplement Schools Awards held on Thursday 17 June, at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Earlier this year we nominated our Support Staff, who all assist our students and teachers in the most fantastic way, to receive the award of Best Support Staff 2010. We were so pleased that our nomination made the shortlist of only six schools from throughout the UK. Although we did not win the overall title, we did feel the hard work of over 100 dedicated employees was fittingly recognised in receiving the accolade of being shortlisted. I was very proud to accompany Mrs J. Botting, Finance, Mrs S. Cook, Deputy Administration Manager and Mrs C. Palmer, Headship Team Administrator (who all looked stunning!) on our trip to enjoy the ceremony, which is the school equivalent of ‘The Oscars’! We had great fun and it was wonderful to see the work of so many colleagues recognised in such a positive way. Please feel free to pass on your congratulations to any of our Support Staff.
