11 May 2010Imberhorne, in conjunction with four local primary schools, St. Mary’s, St. Peter’s, Baldwins Hill and Halsford Park, have been provided with two areas of garden in the entrance to Windmill Lane recreational area by Mid Sussex District Council. This is in preparation for a complete makeover to the play area later in the year. We are very proud to be involved with this community project and it gives the students the opportunity to show off their gardening skills and get involved in a very worthwhile project. The beds have been planted with plants grown by the students in the greenhouse and a mixture of native wildlife seeds to provide an all-summer display.
